From CNN:
Supreme Court will hear challenges to Obamacare
Evidently there is enough behind these challenges to get the SC involved. Oral arguments by Feb-Apr 2012, ruling by June 2012 (hopefully). This will make an interesting election/campaign topic for the President.

Didn't when asked about the Constitutionality of the massive health care bill that Pelsoi or Some other Democrat say basically "We're not worried about the Constitution that is for the courts to worry about" not exact quote but you get the idea.
CNSNews.com: “Madam Speaker, where specifically does the Constitution grant Congress the authority to enact an individual health insurance mandate?
Pelosi: “Are you serious? Are you serious?"
CNSNews.com: “Yes, yes I am."
Pelosi then shook her head before taking a question from another reporter. Her press spokesman, Nadeam Elshami, then told CNSNews.com that asking the speaker of the House where the Constitution authorized Congress to mandated that individual Americans buy health insurance as not a "serious question."
“You can put this on the record,” said Elshami. “That is not a serious question. That is not a serious question.”
That is all I could find on Pelosi's quotes. It's still bothersome that when asked about the contitutionality of an issue, she could not give a straight answer. The basis for this reporters question is the 10th Amendment which states:
"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people. (source: US Constitution)
If our questions arise regarding the constitutionality of a piece of legislation are "not serious" then what, pray tell, is serious?
That statement technically should have disbarred her from office, she broke the oath all members of Congress take to defend the constitution.
"
I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God."
